APPROXIMATE PRICES
Below are approximate prices for our services. As it is impossible to take into account every variable (wall/ ceiling condition, size of rooms, type of background, distance of travel additional costs to customer such as Scaffold / Skip which can be arranged through us if needed).
Property Maintenance
£150:00 per day or £75:00 per half day.
Any materials will be at additional cost. Day consists of 6hrs, half day 3hrs.
Electrical socket, light fittings, light switches (like for like location replacements) will be charged at £5:00 plus cost of unit.
Plastering and rendering
2 coat skim of average room in Bristol (3mx4mx2.4m) £500:00 - £550:00 (ceilings an additional £200:00)
Full house plastering £3500:00 - £5500:00 varies by size, based on average 3 bed house in Bristol.
Plaster boarding is £25:00 per board, including 12.5mm Sq edge board.
Rendering £22:00 per Sq mtr. NOT including render or beading.
